I'm not a real estate agent, and I don't get paid to talk anyone into moving. Nicaragua fits different people for different reasons: a full move, a Plan B, somewhere to spend winters, a place to retire, a base to work remotely from, somewhere to raise a family. This is help figuring out if any of that is actually realistic for you, and if it is, how to do it without the guesswork.
